Avocado

Brayden tried avocado for the first time this week... He didn't love it, and didn't hate it. Its the first thing he has had with remotely any flavor... Its a fun new experience, and a messy one to say the least. Im enjoying making the baby food. I look forward to seeing what he will like and not like. I just hope he is more like mommy then daddy. Daddy is the pickiest eater!

Family Day

Every Saturday is family day... If the weather permits we go on picnics... It is the highlight of my week spending my time with my two boys! Brayden is now so heavy we will put him in his stroller with out the carseat. So this is his first time in his "big boy stroller". I got this new "pocket" video camera because pictures arent enough to capture all of the cuteness of Brayden. So excuse the angle of the next video Im still figuring it out. :)

Best Day of our lives

December 16th was the BEST day of our lives. Its true you never know such a pure love you have for a child until you have one... I'm so grateful to be so blessed with such a wonderful husband, and the BEST son..... He is changing so fast so I thought Id take a moment and reflect on the best day of my life.

Jumpin Bubba

Bub 5mths ALREADY!!!

BRAYDEN MATTHEW ANAYA is 5 months old! I CANT believe it... He is changing all too fast!

• He eats cereal 2x's a day
• He sits up all by himself
• He talks all the time
• He laughs so much
• He tries to crawl

We cut Brayden's hair for the first time... He was born with so much hair but about 75% of it had fallen out. I cut Brayden's hair with a #3 guard. Shane wanted to be apart of cutting his hair so I say... "Shane cut the back of his head with a smaller guard" WHAT DOES HE DO?! Cut the TOP of his head with a #1 guard! My poor baby is bald!!! At least all of his hair is even now and will grow back soon enough, I hope! One of the best things I have heard lately was from a friend telling me "He is such a happy baby, you can tell hes loved" This little boy has brought so much love to our lives... I really look forward to watching him grow :)

Bath laugh

His laugh makes our day... I will make myself sound or look so stupid just to get a laugh out of him! Luckily with this happy boy it doesnt take much... :)

Lil man sits

Brayden is getting so big and now can sit for about 45seconds. HAHA. Which in baby time is foreverrrrr! I cant believe my little man sits all on his own now. When he is on my lap unsupported he can sit for much longer... Im trying to enjoy this time because I know he will be on to the next milestone all too soon for me... This video is pretty short but I will get a better one soon... I just stare at him when he sits and forget to capture it!

Bub's learning

Brayden is growing and learning new things so fast! We started putting him in his standing play gym about a month ago. A month ago his feet couldn't touch the bouncy floor, he couldn't turn himself around, and he didn't know how to work the toys. He now touches the flood, rotates himself to see all the other toys. AND he can push, turn, pull all the toys. My little baby is growing so fast, I'm a very proud mama! :)
