Better Half

Its so hard to believe I met Shane in 03. Granted I couldn't stand the guy because he didn't instantly give me the attention I wanted... But that all changed I knew there was something so different about him. After time together, time apart, Cali to Fl distance we still found each other. Years and years later I find myself still so IN love with him. He is my better half, my best friend. I can talk to him about everything and trust him with my life. I found myself last night in the FREEZING weather camped outside of Toys R Us for the BLACK FRIDAY with Shane waiting to shop for our son. Life goes too quickly and its these small moments that matter so much to me. It was my perfect way to end our thanksgiving, cuddled up next to my husband waiting to shop for our son. I just wanted to give Shane a little shout out about how much he means to me. I love you with all my heart and I am so very thankful for the husband and father you are. You work so hard to give the best for our family.. I really appreciate you. I love every fight that makes us stronger, I love our live, I love our kids and I love our little family. Thank you for loving me and putting up with my craziness. I love you.

Thanksgiving

Its hard to believe last year I was BIG and pregnant with this little guy.... AND this year he was able to eat a full thanksgiving dinner. Its even harder to believe this year he is here, Im pregnant and next Thanksgiving we will have two kids :) Having him really makes you think about the small things in life and how truly blessed we are. We really have so much to be thankful for this year. It was a perfect day full of cooking, playing, eating and desserts. Cant ask for much more than that!

Brayden Shenanigans

His laugh is the BEST.

We have a "all doors closed" policy in our home... It worked well until Brayden figured out his new trick. :)

He is TOO funny... He knows to stay still when your "looking for him" and finds it SO funny when you find him! Gotta love this boy!

ELEVEN months

Only one more month and our little boy is ONE. He is quite a character... He really finds himself funny and looks for you to laugh at him. :) He knows hes cute. He is still too scared to walk. (WHICH I LOVE) He will take a few steps here or there but nothing consistent. He lights up when he sees daddy come home from work. Watching the two of them play is the best thing to watch. He now drinks cows milk. The transition from bottle to sippy and from formula to milk has been SO easy with him. He brightens my everyday. I love this little bubba.

Pause Time

Everyone tells you that parenthood only keeps getting better... I never understood it because I always felt like Brayden was so fun, happy and brought so much happiness in our lives. BUT I have to say this age is a BLAST. I really want to pause time and enjoy him this age FOREVER. I look forward to every day to see what he discovers, what he wants to play, what he finds funny. Needless to say I love this age and only look forward to watching him grow.

Our little BAM BAM

Braydens first Halloween was a success! Bub went as bam bam, shane as barney and I was betty. I made Brayden and Shanes costumes.... Braydens fit perfect, Shanes on the other hand a little short and tight. :) I still thought they looked very handsome. We went to the Murrieta parks fall festival with a couple other families. It was fun but FREEZING. We will do trick or treating next year Bray was still too young for all that.
